The Top Line Plant is a differentiated equipment, because integrate high production, enclosure of the loading point and aggregates bin. It has integrated in the standard operation the loading system, thus removing, the necessity of ramps of aggregates. It is one stationary concrete dosing plant with an aggregates weighing system with high production and performance. It is fully automated, which allows the emissions of wide range of reporting and remote access by the factory for verification failures, diagnosis or program updates.

Technical characteristics:
-Nominal production capacity of 80 to 100m³/h;
-04 aggregates bin with individual capacity of 15m³ with enclosure;
- Aggregates weighing by a weighing system below of aggregates bin that has capacity of 8 m³ each one;
-Gates with drive by pneumatic cylinder;
- Inclined Conveyor to transport the aggregates with discharge chute and scraper;
- Water and additive dosing system by weighing;
- 02 metallic silos with capacity of 80 m³ (100 t) with dual supporting structure (different capacities or quantities on request);
- 01 Cement weighing system;
- Electrical panel control and operation;
- Automation by monitoring supervisory system and PCL (Programmable Logic Controller) / Manual control.
