LX CWS SMART

Thinking in practice solutions and quick assembly, LINTEC-IXON launched the CWS SMART semi-mobile with assembly time in one day and has dimensions that allow transport on truck. Plant fully automated, which allows the emissions of wide range of reporting and remote access by the factory for verification failures, diagnosis or program updates. It is a compact equipment of easy operation tested and assembled in factory and it is not necessary to do foundation, area of support ensures stability in a soil properly leveled and compacted.

Technical characteristics:
- Nominal production capacity 50 - 60m³ / h;
- Aggregate silo with 04 compartments - total capacity of 40 m³;
- Weighing aggregates - integrated weighing system of 6m³;
- Individual discharge gate with drive by pneumatic cylinder;
- Conveyor inclined with discharge spout and scraper;
- Cement Silo weighing of 1500 kg,
- Full automatic system supervisory/manual control;
- Water and additive dosing system by flow meter (standard) or by weighing (optional);
- Air compressor included;
- Mobile chassis;
- Cabin command with electrical panel type piano and preparation for climate control;
- Metallic silo with capacity of 80m³ (100 t) with hydraulic lift system.
