Asphalt Plant of 160 TPH comissioned at South region

We recently commissioned the Asphalt Plant LX 16001 with a capacity of 160 t/h for the company Pedreira Trevo Ltda, located in the state of Paraná, this plant with high production capacity, also has vertical storage tanks for bitumen of 50,000L and horizontal fuel tank of 30,000L, the equipment was carefully installed in a amazing facility of the group, which also have other Asphalt Plants and Concrete Plants of the Lintec-Ixon brand installed in other regions.

According to Mr. Rudimar Tondo, Executive Director of Pedreira Trevo Ltda, the differentiated service since the negotiation phase, during the visit to the factory and after commissioning with personalized follow-up by the after sales team, has proved to be extremely satisfactory and has shown the total commitment of the Lintec-Ixon team at each stage of the process.

In the case of equipment, “the vertical tanks with automatic agitator activation system and extremely fast heating are a differential, the plant has an extremely didactic and intuitive control system, in addition to a phenomenal production capacity that easily achieves the production of 160 t / h ”, says Mr. Rudimar.
